Background: A 2024 ESLN Academic Director Survey highlighted a primary concern among New York's academic library directors: effectively demonstrating your library’s value and Return on Investment (ROI) to administrators. In response, the ESLN Academic Library Advisory Committee requested information from academic libraries across the state regarding the types of data they currently collect and then share with administrators.
